Case Study 1

New development at Godolphin View, Camborne

The design was on a completely new development and the request was for a fairly level garden that had to include evergreen shrubs and perennial planting to give colour.
There had to be a water feature and seating area near the garage where there was full sun.
The site it self was sloping from the rear of the house to the border with a drop in places of over a meter.
The garden itself was designed on two levels and incorporated a sunken garden that was circular in shape and the seating area was designed in the retaining wall and the water feature was sited in the centre of the circle.
The planting consisted of evergreen shrubs, such as Hebe, buxus sepervirens and 5 elm trees that are a medium size tree. The perennials were based on a colour theme of yellow, blue and pink and included such plants as salvia, lupin ,coreopsis, lobelia, penstemon, huchera,

The pictures shows the before and after effects of such a project
